Camp Disclosures

Below you will find a list of disclosure that you must agree to in order for your child to attend camp at Artsy Partsy. Please read carefully.

• I give my minor full consent to attend/participate in the activities at Artsy Partsy Art Studio. It is my understanding that the staff of Artsy Partsy will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of my child(ren). I do hereby release Artsy Partsy, LLC from any legal or financial obligations due to an injury of my minor(s) mentioned above.

• I consent to my child working with certain tools, including but not limited to, hot glue guns, paper cutters, hammers, small kitchen appliances, sewing machines, sewing needles, irons, and small power tools under the supervision of our staff.

• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Arsty Partsy prior to the first day of camp of any special considerations/accommodations that my child may require in order to participate throughout the entirety of the camp day, including but not limited to any physical, medical, behavioral, or cognitive needs that could impact my child’s ability to participate in any/all camp activities as planned.

• I understand that Artsy Partsy's primary goal is to teach and encourage a love of art to my child(ren), and I understand that Artsy Partsy will not discipline my child(ren). I understand that if my child(ren) cannot conduct themselves with appropriate classroom decorum, I will receive a call to pick up my child(ren) and a refund will not be issued.

• I understand that communication from Artsy Partsy regarding camp session changes and/or schedule changes will be sent via email through Sawyer, the booking software used by Artsy Partsy.

• I give Artsy Partsy permission to photograph my child. Artsy Partsy may use participant photos for promotional literature published and utilized exclusively by Artsy Partsy, including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and our website. The pictures will never be sold, nor will they have the child’s name associated with them.

• I acknowledge that camp drop-off begins at 8:50am, and I agree to pick up my child no later than 4:10pm, unless arrangements for before/after care have been confirmed in advance.

• I understand that before and after care at the studio are available from 7:30am - 9:00am and/or 4:00pm - 5:30pm for an additional fee of $30 per day, or $15 per session. I acknowledge that arrangements for before/after care must be made in advance in order to ensure appropriate staffing is arranged.

• I understand that any changes to pick/drop off arrangements must be confirmed in writing through the email address I used to enroll my child in Artsy Partsy summer camp.

• I acknowledge that lunches/snacks containing nuts or nut products will be allowed in the studio during camp. I understand that Artsy Partsy strives to be allergy conscious and provide a safe environment for all, and I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Artsy Partsy of any/all allergies or medical conditions that affect my child.

• Sewing Camp: I give my minor permission to use tools such as but not limited to hammers, sewing machines, irons, and needles during Sewing Camp at Artsy Partsy.
