Children and adults love art! It's a natural way to develop, learn, and express feelings. It enhances creativity, stimulates imagination, develops critical thinking, encourages creative expression, and even boosts confidence and morale. Our art classes are an excellent way for art students of all ages to learn more about art, explore different drawing and painting techniques, create a unique piece, and have FUN. Art class take place at our studio conveniently located on Ritchie Highway in Pasadena, Maryland.
Action Art
Your growing artist will be encouraged to expand their creativity and fine-tune their art skills while they enjoy creating works of art centered around all things action! Superheroes, comic books, outer space, monsters, and sports collide in this action-packed art class! Enroll online today!
Art Exploration
In our Art Exploration class, students are encouraged to express their creativity and expand their talents. They will learn basic art concepts and principles and will love drawing and painting by mixing and comparing colors. This class is perfect for beginners.
Adult Art Club
Adult Art Club is for ages 16+. This is a great opportunity to get out of the house and try something new or practice skills you already possess. All new participants will get their first class for free! This class is very self led. There will be an instructor around if you have any questions. This is time for you to work on your art, talk to other artists, and use our supplies if needed.
Elements of Art
Your growing artist will be encouraged to expand their creativity and fine-tune their art skills. Art history and theory will be taught to enhance the students' knowledge and technique. This series is perfect for children that want to expand upon the basics of art.
Preschool Art Class
Preschool Art Class is the perfect opportunity to introduce your child to the amazing world of art. This class requires parent involvement, so this is a fantastic bonding opportunity with your child. During the semester we will be exploring all different types of mediums of art.
What can my child expect during an art class, camp, event, or other activity at Artsy Partsy? We offer a wide variety of creative art experiences in mediums, such as: paint, clay, pencil, wood, and canvas. All students, from children to adults, are encouraged to express their creativity and expand their talents. Depending on the selection, they can expect to learn art skills, concepts, and principles for every level of artist. They will love drawing and painting by mixing colors, learn about different style of art, and rise to the challenge of trying out a variety of new art techniques.
How old does my child need to be to attend an art class, event, or activity at Artsy Partsy? Artsy Partsy has a wide variety of art experiences for kids of all ages. From toddlers and preschoolers to kids in elementary, middle, and high school grades, and even - adults, we have something for everyone.
Do you have single day camps for kids ages six years and up? We do. All art camps include convenient, customizable enrollment options to meet your specific needs. Choose full-week or single-day option and before and/or after care.
What’s that about merit badges for Girl Scouts of America and Cub Scouts? It’s true! Artsy Partsy specializes in art merit badges for Girl Scouts of America and Cub Scouts. We offer on-site at our studio or off-site in your neighborhood options.
